It is finished

189.5. 16lbs in 3 months and 2 days. I haven't seen that on the scale in 10 years. Now it is on to stage 2. I need to start lifting. My new goal is to maintain my diet and exercise regimen, but add lifting, and get back up to 200lbs. I don't have a set date for this, but hopefully by Chrimmus. That is all.

16 pounds is quite a lot -- more than half a Scooter dog.

Well, I haven't hit my goal but I stopped exercising with a vengence for the last month (or more). The good news is I am maintaining a pretty constant weight. I need to kick the exercise into high gear to drop the last 8-10 lbs.
