Weigh Day Monday.

199.5. Down 4 from last Monday, down 6 total. Not too bad, might be even lower if not for my love of the drink on the weekends. My master plan is to get down to 190(hopefully by the end of June, depending on if I plateau out), then once I am at 190, I will maintain healthy eating and bike riding, but also start lifting, while supplementing my diet with extra protein to support the lifting. Hopefully I will top out at 200. Then I will be done. The tricky part will be dropping down to 190, I don't expect that I can maintain dropping 3 pounds a week for much longer without upping my exercise, or completely stopping drinking. I could up my exercise a little, but the stopping drinking isn't going to happen. A brutha's gotta live. As long as the weather keeps holding up I will keep biking, but its getting fuckin hot.
That's enough talk about that, I sound like a 16 year old girl getting ready for prom.

Had a good weekend, went shooting on Saturday and killed quite a bit of paper at the range, my Glock is finally working the way it is supposed to, and I am getting a little more accurate. Did quite a bit of fishing this weekend, and I believe I hooked into Nessy on Saturday night but I wasn't able to reel her in. Yesterday was stormy all day, and I didn't accomplish much of anything.

Congrats on your weight loss!

Although, 4 lbs in a week seems like a lot. Are you drinking enough water?

I know that men lose/gain weight differently than women b/c you fuckers have a greater muscle mass, but in general I think most weight-loss programs advise a person to lose 1-2 lbs a week. And with the heat and humidity, you've got to be sweating like a motherfucker while riding your bike home, so be sure you're not dehydrating yourself.

But it might just have been a redonkulous week. Who knows? Maybe you had a gimongous poo that wegihed a pound or two!

Thats true, I knew you weren't supposed to lose very much at a time. I have only been throwing up my breakfast. But seriously I have been trying to drink an assload of water, 1oz. per pound of body weight. I am sure I was a little light on that this last weekend, but during the week I do alright. Also the weight loss could be a testament to just how out of shape I really was. I am sure its going to get harder.

I'm probably just jealous anyway. Wish I could lose 6 lbs in 2 weeks. Of course, I'd have to show some restraint then, and I'm not so great at that.
