Yep. Down to 191. Thats 3.5 down from last week. Which is pretty good, since I didn't really change my diet, and I haven't changed my exercising much either. I guess its due to the extra fiber in my diet, thats the only thing I can contribute it to. Hopefully by this time next week I will be down to 190 and this little challenge will be complete. Then its time to start lifting...ish.

I stayed the same as last week. Maybe I need to eat some of that fiber.
