Eh, nuthin new.

I am still fairly sore from that stupid 5k. After the race I was a little woozy and didn't stretch, and I think that is most of the problem. I was going to run tonight but unless my legs start feeling better I probably won't. Big T.V. night on Thursday just so everyone knows. Both Earl and the Office kick off new seasons. That is all.

Sunday ABC- 6 beers
Monday ABC- 5 beers

Ryan, as I am a former avid runner and have thought about training to run a marathon at least once in my life, my professional advice to you is go run a minimum of 5 miles today so your legs get used to it. No pain no gain!
