CCW Hardcore Holiday!

So last night the boys got together and went to a independent wrestling event. It was at a local gymnasium up in Coral Springs, official attendance was 624. It was awesome. We sat 2 rows back at ringside and were right in the mix. There was some former Big time stars there: Jimmy "Super-Fly" Snuka(Still wrestling at 64), Dustin Rhodes(formerly GOldust), and Gangrel(Formerly Gangrel). Here are some pics:

Yes that is real blood. For the doubters, I saw 3 separate wrestlers, pull a blade out of their wrist/hand tape and cut their own foreheads. It was great. The rest of the wrestlers were independent wrestlers that very few people have heard of, and probably will never hear of unless the go to smaller wrestling events. The highlight of the evening was an 8 man hardcore match that included everything from frying pans to Christmas trees. It was absolutely brutal. I will probably be asked to record video now for professional wrestling events, which is fine. My wife won't let me join wrestling school, so videotape will be as close as I get to the business.

The evening was the best 15 bucks I have spent in a long time, and you can bet your ass I will be ready on February 8th when CCW returns to the Coral Springs Gymnasium for VALENTINE VENGEANCE
