Differences

Training for 8 weeks before 5k- 27:21
Not running for 185 days(6 months, 4 days)before next 5k - 31:30

4 minutes 9 secs may not seem like that much of a difference, but it is when you stack on getting beat by a chick.(Jess)

We'll see how the next few days go, Hopefully I will by up and walking by Sunday.

31:30 is still pretty good, especially for not running in 6 months.

Hope you were able to walk today -- because I feel fine.

At least you are in a lot less pain than I was after I tried running after a year long hiatis.
