132 Days. Thats all I have left before I turn the big three-O. This doesn't really bother me so much, after all there is no stopping getting old, so what is the sense of getting all worked up about it? However, it is good motivation to get my ass in shape. Not that I need much work, you all saw the Ric Flair costume....
Anyways, the copious amounts of alcohol I consume, combined with the video game playing, along with the avoidance of exercise, has made me a little soft all over. I would like to say that by the time I am 30 I will be in the best shape of my life, but 132 days doesn't leave me much time, especially with a couple of holidays thrown into the mix. We will see what I can do. Here are my goals:
Weight: 195
Bench Press: Reps at 225
5k: Under 27 minutes
Weight Currently:204
Bench Press Currently:150
5k Currently: 27:30
The exercise has already started this week, the weight lifting starts the week after Thanksgiving.

how very bizarre. I began walking/running again this morning to whip myself into shape.
You could test that 5K time next Thursday and Trot with me! I think your wife has officially bailed, but you could give it a go.
Lots and lots of sex is always good at working off the pounds. Although being so out of shape your hand may get tired quickly.
Sorry Jess, I am out for the Turkey trot. I have a good excuse however. I have to start smoking a delicious turkey for you to eat that afternoon beginning at 6 in the morning. I also have to pick up a buddy that is flying into town that morning. My wife has no excuses.
