Ugh, I just spent the last half an hour making a fancy graph in excel to show how many drinks I consumed per day during the month of August, but now I can't figure out how to post it. Oh well. Here are the Stats:
August ABC= 141
Beers-117
Drinks-19
Shots- 5
This averages out to be about 4.5 drinks a day, down from 5.6 drinks a day in July. Still excessive, however a downturn is an improvement. I figure if I can get down to an average of 3 drinks a day I will be happy.
Here are the percentages:
82.9% of ABC were beer
13.5% of ABC were drinks
3.5% of ABC were shots
Mondays-0% Did not drink at all on Mondays this month
Tuesdays-17% Pretty high, but there were also 5 Tuesdays this month
Wednesdays-8.2% eh, what are Wednesdays good for anyways?
Thursdays-23.4% Uffff, bowling
Fridays-14.2% Interesting. Not even close to Thursdays
Saturdays-17.7% Getting up there, but still behind Thursdays
Sundays-19.1% Too high for the Sabbath.
23.4% of ABC were on Bowling Nights. That is almost 1 quarter of all drinks consumed for you non-math majors out there. Now that bowling is done we will see how that affects the end of month tally.
Things that may have increased drinking this month:
Wifey out of town for 5 days.
5 year Wedding anniversary.
Promotion at work.
Possible Hurricane.
So there you go, looks like bowling is bad for your health. I knew that already which is why I started exercising. Here are some more August Stats:
Minutes on Stationary Bike: 185 (60.2 Miles)
Miles walked: 6
Miles Ran: 10.5
That Averages out to be around 2.45 miles worth of exercise per day. That has to offset the drinking a little bit...doesn't it?
Friday ABC: 8. All beers.

Wow, that's a lot of effort calculating all those drinks -- percentages and everything! Looks like you still have a few brain cells that haven't retarded from excessive consumption.
Looks like someone needs to be taught what Monday's are for!
