Football season kicks off tonight with the Stinky Dolphins going against the Shitsburgh Steelers. I am not really a big fan of the Steelers, but I do greatly dislike the Dolphins, and their fans. All we have been hearing about down here for the last 2 months is the wonderful Dolphins, wonderful Dante Culpepper, wonderful blah, blah, blah. I have a feeling the Dolphins are going to get spanked, and Culpepper will probably get injured for the rest of the season. Eh, here's hoping.
I am also hoping the light will shine down from heaven onto my satellite dish and bless me with the Twins/Detroit series. The Twins are a half game up in the wild card race, and only 4 games behind Detroit. If everything goes well, we could be tied for first place in the division by Sunday evening. That would be excellent. However the odds of a baseball game being on that I actually want to watch are not very good, but I just might get lucky.
